This post is all about family! We were so fortunate to have some of Rémi's cousins and both the French uncle/aunt combos join us at the house in Saint-Alban-Auriolles. Julien, Megan and Aoife also joined us for the second week.
Melanie and Juliette (5 months old... if I remember correctly?)
Uncle Bruno.
Melanie and Juliette with Camille and Salome.
We also managed some touristing with the family. I believe this is from Ruoms which we visited a few times for their butcher. Here we toured the old part of town.
We also spent a lot of time relaxing at the house. Josie again was a pain in the butt with naps but we had all hands on deck to help out with stroller napping.
Salome is an amazing little girl! She's singing here and had a whole adventure going on using just her imagination. It was fun to watch.
I love this picture. Juliette looks like she's thinking "what is wrong with this kid?!" She also has great hair.
A walk up to the dolmen.
More pool fun, of course! I do not miss this pink hat Josie is wearing.
Aunt Megan is here!!!!
Uncle Julien and Aoife too!!!
Champagne to celebrate, of course! But not for Joséphine (much to her dismay).
Marie Charlotte, Barbara and Joelle.
Eric and Guénola.
Market visit! We just don't know how to buy food in this country... The French have it down (although a step forward has been made here in BC - you can buy booze at Farmer's Markets now!).
Rémi was into staircases in France. We have many many pictures of staircases...
Still not sure why we buy toys for babies. Headbands (which Josie refuses to wear) and cardboard boxes are really all we need ;)
Mini-Yoda! Aoife insisted on trying on everyone's clothes. She's so petit she still fit into some of Josie's things (this is Rémi's sweater). SO. CUTE.
More to come :)
