Backpack!!
So we're finally making Maggie carry her own weight when camping/hiking. We've bought her a doggy backpack!! And she's none too happy about it ;) She may look excited in the video below (which I actually can't post because blogger sucks), but when we left it on her and stopped paying attention to her, she froze in one place, facing away from us, and stared at the wall for close to 10 minutes. NOT HAPPY ;)

Picnic
On Saturday night after work, Remi and I decided to head to Lighthouse Park for an evening picnic. The weather was very nice and we found a nice little spot to have a picnic.
In other news, I've started my first practicum of my pharmacy experience at what is possibly the slowest pharmacy of all time. I have NOTHING to do all day! Very few patients come in and no one really calls ;) It's amazing. It seems to be okay for now because I can get the questions we have to answer regarding legislation/filling/administration/etc out of the way early and deal with the big assignments later, but COME ON! I've never been so bored in my life! Okay, that's a lie. We did less prescriptions at one of the Shoppers I've worked at and that was much more painful than this, but still! I'm used to a little excitement! On the plus side, the people are awesome and the pharmacist has nothing to do either so she's more than willing to sit down with me for a couple hours here and there and answer my questions.
Anyway, other than that, not much is new. I officially start my new job with Save On Foods Pharmacy this weekend. For those of you who don't know, I've signed my life away to the company so they own me for two years after I graduate. Remi and I are hoping to end up in some God forsaken little town in northern BC just for the adventure of it.
Mmm... Burgers for dinner. Remi's nagging me to spend time with him, so I'll sign off for now. He's so needy!
